For clinicians

Clinician Consultation Services

Expert pharmacological guidance at the intersection of conventional psychiatry and emerging therapies.

These services are currently on pause. If you have an urgent clinical need, reach out directly at nick@clinicaltocommercial.net

The gap this fills

Patients are arriving at clinical encounters with complex medication regimens and questions their prescribers weren't trained to answer. Psychiatric medications interact with emerging therapies in ways that are clinically significant, underrecognized, and rarely documented in standard references.

This service exists for the clinician who needs a knowledgeable resource — fast, accessible, and without the overhead of a formal referral.

Who this is for

Clinicians & Prescribers

Medication safety consultation, interaction checks, tapering guidance, and protocol support for patients navigating medication changes alongside alternative or transformational therapies.

Retreat Centers & Therapists

Medication safety consultation for facilitators who need a knowledgeable medical resource without a clinical hire. Structured as expert consultation, not direct patient care.

  • · CYP enzyme pathway analysis where relevant
  • · Tapering sequence with clinical rationale

Clinician Consultation — Not Direct Patient Care

My consulting services are clinician-facing. I work with prescribers, not their patients. You retain full clinical authority and the patient relationship. I provide pharmacological expertise to inform your decision-making.

What this means in practice:

  • · I consult with you — the clinician
  • · I do not evaluate, counsel, or document care for your patients
  • · All treatment decisions remain yours
  • · Engagements are structured as expert consultation, not pharmacy services

On licensure: As a licensed pharmacist in multiple states, clinician-to-clinician consultation does not constitute practicing pharmacy in your state. State pharmacy practice acts regulate dispensing and direct patient care — not expert advisory relationships between clinicians.

Every engagement includes a written consulting agreement defining scope, role, and boundaries — protecting both of us.

Consultation services are provided to licensed clinicians only. This is not a patient-facing service and does not establish a pharmacist-patient relationship. Not legal advice.
